The LightSOS service brings together experienced lighting and network operations experts to proactively monitor the controls network and ensure that issues with your lighting infrastructure are quickly identified, isolated and dispatched to the appropriate support group. When needed, the LightSOS team will dispatch your authorized repair crews for rapid problem resolution.

LightSoS is intended to augment your operations staff with 24/7 monitoring coverage so you always have a team of skilled operations engineers keeping an eye on one of your most critical services – lighting. Specifically, LightSOS provides:

On a 24/7 basis, the LightSOS managed services team proactively monitors the critical components of your streetlight network, tracks network alerts and provides incident notification to your staff and required service providers. Specifically, issues captured through the monitoring or reported by your staff related to the streetlight network initiate action by the CIMCON team and they will:

  • Identify the location of the issue

  • Isolate and, if possible, diagnose the cause of the issue

  • Notify identified support team ordispatch a repair crew, if needed

  • Track and escalate as needed to ensure the issue is known and being addressed by your support team

  • Report back on the resolution of the issue

For any issues or concerns that come directly to your attention, simply log a request in CIMCON's web-based management services portal (or send an email) to notify us and our services team will acknowledge your request via email within 15 minutes.

CIMCON will provide weekly, monthly and quarterly tracking reports of all requests completed via the web portal or email.
