iSLC Connect

iSLC Connect is CIMCON’s iOS App for scheduling, grouping, configuring and controlling a group of lighting fixtures. iSLC Connect uses the same CIMCON intelligent wireless lighting controller installed on each lighting fixture. In addition, a CIMCON iLC-Bridge pairs with your iOS device via Bluetooth® to enable direct communication to the lighting fixtures. iSLC Connect provides local 2-way control with an easy-to-use iOS user interface.

  • Easy-to-Use iOS Interface: A highly intuitive user interface makes configuring and controlling your lights easy. No previous software experience is required.

  • Bluetooth® Communication : iSLC Connect pairs with the CIMCON iLC-Bridge via Bluetooth® which in turn communicates directly to the intelligent wireless lighting controller installed on each lighting fixture.

  • Read Power and Status Parameters: iSLC Connect can read all lighting fixture Power and Status parameters such as ON/OFF/DIM, Current, Voltage, Frequency, Power Factor, kW and kWh via a single command.

  • Time Synch: iSLC Connect can synchronize all intelligent wireless outdoor controllers’ internal clocks with that of the iOS device via a single command.

  • GPS Location Details: iSLC Connect can use your iOS device’s GPS to read the Latitude/Longitude, and send it directly to the CIMCON intelligent wireless outdoor controllers' for astro-clock scheduling.

  • Easy to Configure Schedules: iSLC Connect allows you to easily configure operational modes such as "Manual", "Mixed Mode", and "Photocell" and lamp ON/OFF/DIMMING. You can also easily turn ON/OFF or DIM each fixture or group of fixtures directly from the iSLC Connect iOS App.

  • Compatibility: Stand-alone local system, or can be used with CIMCON’s Web-based Central Management System.

  • Highly Portable: iSLC Connect can be used across several projects by configuring the iLC-Bridge to connect to each authenticated network.

Once you are within range of your iSLC Controllers, a single iOS device with the iSLC Connect app plus an iLC-Bridge can control hundreds of lights. You can also use your iSLC Connect app and iLC-Bridge to control lights across many different installations, such as multiple car dealerships or parking garages. With iSLC Connect on your iOS device (iPad, iTouch or iPhone) you can:

  • Easily aggregate lighting fixtures into named groups for scheduling.

  • Create custom ON/OFF/DIMMING schedules for individual lights or groups of lights or use your latitude and longitude location for astro-clock based schedules.

  • Review power parameters in real-time for each lighting fixture.

  • Turn fixtures ON/OFF or DIM with the tap of an icon.

  • Create schedules by month, season, day of the week or for the entire year with exact control over multiple time “slices” for each day.

iSLC Connect is a perfect solution when you do not need a Web-based CMS. At any time, you can always upgrade to CIMCON’s CMS or use both in the same installation.
